This group will provide an opportunity for adults ages 18-39 to exchange support and receive information and guidance while discussing the unique challenges of caregiving as a young adult including:

Balancing the demands of caregiving and young adult related issues (ex: dating, establishing a
career, changes of living situation, school,
and parenting).
- Challenges in communicating
with family, friends & colleagues.
-Adapting to role reversals
in
caregiving.
-Anticipatory grieving.
