Teri will demonstrate and explain simple self-help exercises to reduce stress, anxiety, and induce relaxation. Research studies show that stress reduction and relaxation practices can help reduce, pain, nausea, anxiety and fatigue. You will learn to use your breath to enter a relaxed state and make positive suggestions to yourself that can improve your well-being.
