Ocean Meditation to Reduce Stress and Anxiety Workshop Location: After you register, ZOOM details will be emailed and you’ll also receive a reminder the morning of your scheduled activity. Join us in this meditation which includes visual representations of the ocean and waves to redefine perspectives and experiences that can cause stress, anxiety, and discomfort.  This workshop will conclude with an opportunity to reflect on the practice, and learn more about their own feelings and mindset when using this process.
