Online mindful based stress reduction meditation and lite stretching combines gentle movement while seated and breathe-work as part of the meditation practice. The lite movement helps to break up tension and loosen up the body so you can have a more relaxed meditation experience.

Special Note: In response to COVID-19, GCNYC is offering this activity to be held via Zoom, which is a digital platform that is FREE and accessible to you via phone, laptop, desktop, or tablet.
