Learn a new skill or refresh an already existing practice. Research studies show that stress reduction and relaxation practices like meditation can help to reduce pain, nausea, and fatigue. Using a combination of breath work, focused awareness, mindfulness, mantra and focal point meditation, this workshop will help you learn to relax, de-stress, and unwind.
