Lecture: Social Security Disability and SSI: Everything You Need to Know

disability and what is considered an impairment
by the Social Security Administration (SSA). It will
also cover Social Security Disability (SSD) and
Social Security Income (SSI) benefits that
individuals may be entitled to and eligible for,
regardless of work history. Discussion will also
cover the steps for completing the complex
application process, from initial filing to the final
hearing before a judge. The lecture will conclude
with information on how individuals can return
to gainful employment without the loss of
benefits.
