Lecture: Exercise and Movement after Mastectomy

This lecture will present the most recent research conducted on exercise
after mastectomy. Details including the timeline for exercise, from directly
after mastectomy to six months and beyond, will be addressed. There will be
a demonstration, with an opportunity to participate, of various movement
exercises that are best following a mastectomy.
