We all want to eat healthily, but it can seem out of reach. Healthy cooking and eating doesn’t mean having to use special ingredients. Ann will review several basic pantry items that are truly healthy and easy to use. This presentation will include three cooking demonstrations of savory recipes, perfect for lunch or breakfast on the go.
