Offsite Lecture: Changes to Immigration Rules Affecting Patients Seeking Medicaid Coverage and Other Benefits

This lecture will address the proposed changes to federal immigration policy affecting the ability of certain individuals to change their immigration status or be admitted into the United States, based on whether they have received Medicaid or other public benefits. We will review current rules, proposed changes and who it applies to, and detail plans for next steps. It will also provide an opportunity for attendees to raise questions about these changes.
