Laughter Yoga is a form of stress reduction
that integrates laughter exercise, deep breathing, and stretching with movement.
The workshop closes with a seated laughter meditation. You will learn to laugh
in the face of adversity, encourage playfulness and positive thinking, while
letting go. Laughter Yoga can help to strengthen your immune system, reduce
stress, encourages connectivity and increases empowerment. This workshop can be
performed seated or standing up and is for all physical capabilities. Come see
