your own innate ability to let go of stress and renourish the sense of
wholeness within. Through the use of music, guided visualization, meditation,
stories, and Reiki, you’ll be given the opportunity to experience how to
balance body, mind and spirit, and stay in compassionate alignment during
challenging times. Conducted over Zoom, energy facilitator Pamela Bloom
suggests using earphones for the best experience, but they are not required. You
may also choose to lie down or sit up during the one-hour session.
